STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. run VLC player on Xwayland
3. open Dolphin
4. try to drag a video from Dolphin and drop it on VLC player

OBSERVED RESULT
VLC player hangs for a few seconds (nothing happens when I click on any menu on top) and the dropped video does not play

EXPECTED RESULT
drag-and-drop between Dolphin and VLC should work
