Created attachment 147887 [details] A screen crop of what the icons of mounted removable drives would be able to do on the desktop SUMMARY This is something Ubuntu allowed you to do and, if I'm not mistaken, so did KDE 3. It would be cool to have a feature which displays mounted removable drives on the desktop as icons, so you can drag files to it and subdirectories like you can do with shortcuts nowdays, perhaps even as an enabled by default feature.
