STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. close dolphin fast
3. open konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
Global menu is shown even when the application is closed. 
Application global menu is delayed to be shown when earlier application is closed and another application is opened immediately. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Global menu shouldn't be visible when an application is closed. And shoudn't lag

It is wayland specific issue.
In X11 it works fine.
