STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to version 22.03.80 (on latest version repo for SUSE it's 22.03.80-232.1)
2. Click to printer icon on Panel

OBSERVED RESULT
See error report about plasmoid:
file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.printmanager/contents/ui/printmanager.qml:56:34: Type PopupDialog unavailable

file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.printmanager/contents/ui/PopupDialog.qml:61:24: PlasmaExtras.Highlight is not a type

EXPECTED RESULT
See some printers or nothing when zero printers connected

I just update to Plasma 5.24.4 on openSUSE Leap 15.3.
Printer applet is now broken
