STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create some new user template and check that it works ok (creates new documments form it)
2. Close Krita and move the resource folder to a different location in your disk.
3. Open Krita. In Krita Settings change the resource folder to the new location (Settings/Configure Krita/General/Resources/Resource Folder)

OBSERVED RESULT
The user templates are not shown when trying to create a new file. Only the "standar templates" are displayed.

I am working on that on https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/merge_requests/1281, and a successor MR that I still need to push.
