SUMMARY
No file manager is opened when KIO::highlightInFileManager is called.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open wallpaperconfig dialog
2. Click the folder icon on the wallpaper item

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happened

EXPECTED RESULT
Folder should be opened.

Sometimes it doesn't work. Perhaps a key process crashes sometimes. Mark as resolved for now.
