Created attachment 147737 [details] systemsettings quick settings duplicates SUMMARY In the systemsettings home screen it started to appear duplicates. STEPS TO REPRODUCE I don't know how to trigger it. They started to appear after normal usage. OBSERVED RESULT There are copies of the same most used settings. EXPECTED RESULT There should be only one entry for each settings icon.
