Using Dolphin I cannot copy a file if the destination folder is empty

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder on the smartphone
2. Select a file (mp3, not tested with other type) and try to copy it in the smartphone
3. Copy not allowed
4. Copy any file using the USB cable (tested both mp3 and txt) in the new folder
5. Now copy is allowed

OBSERVED RESULT
Copy not allowed

Copy allowed

Same here. I can't copy to an empty folder unless there's already something in it
