STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open yakuake
2. open yakuake's menu and set the screen option to "at mouse location"
3. open yakuake again
4. it always opens in second window not where the mouse is at

OBSERVED RESULT
yakuake opens in the second window instead of opening in the screen at mouse location

EXPECTED RESULT
expected the window to open in the screen at mouse location

I observe the same symptom here. Or almost the same.
Yakuake does not respect the setting "Screen at mouse location" it opens the window at the last configured fixed screen.
This is observed only under Wayland. Under X11 it works as expected.
