SUMMARY
Dolphin can't connect to my Android phone unless I restart dolphin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach phone
2. Select 'file transfer' and 'controlled by this device' on the phone
3. Click the usb icon on the task bar and select 'Mount and open'

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin reports this error message:
```
No storage media found. Make sure that the device is unlocked and that you have MTP enabled in your USB connection preferences.
```
Killing dolphin and starting it again makes it suddenly work.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should "just work" the first time.
