STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Partition Manager
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Partition Manager opens in maximized window.
Authentication window did not pop up but appears behind KDE Partition manager.
Only noticeable that Auth window is there from Task Manager area.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Partition Manager will open, then Authentication window will pop up on top with higher priority
