To me it looks like something broken in the gpu driver, where only half the triangles are rendered. In any case, please try with the appimage instead of the flatpak. Using the flatpak is not supported by us. But only Krita take the black part. The other softwares and desktop was normal. Close Krita and reopen show me the app in normal condition.
