SUMMARY

Git repository tags https://invent.kde.org/education/labplot/-/tags don't have 2.8.2. The version is available on https://download.kde.org/stable/labplot/

OBSERVED RESULT

Tag for version 2.8.2 not shown.

EXPECTED RESULT

Tag for version 2.8.2 should be shown, as that version does exist.

2.8.2 was released from the release/2.8 branch, so there can be no tag in master. Only the first 2.8 release was released in the master branch with the tag 2.8.1.
We will optimize this when releasing versions of the upcoming 2.9 release.

Tags are associated with a commit in a Git repo, not a branch. You should be able to tag the commit that was used to create the 2.8.2 tarball.

Alright. I added the missing tag to the last commit of the release/2.8 repo from which the 2.8.2 release was created of.
