This is from a fresh install on a new-ish device, I saw in the interwebs that these files would come from fwupd-signed, but it's failing for some reason.

Here's the log of what I'm seeing. I can see the same problem in Discover.

I've now updated fwupd-signed to use the new fwupd from Ubuntu
version in KDE neon of fwupd-signed is 1.38+p20.04+trelease+git20220321.1349
