STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set lock filter (I ALWAYS use L with offsets for other filters)
2. Set sequence for NB imaging of a dim starless target
3. Sequence starts, overrides LOCK filter, focus fails for short NB exposures

OBSERVED RESULT
Despite setting LOCK filter and using carefully specified filter offsets, autofocus insists on changing to NB filter, then fails when stars are too dim for proper focus

EXPECTED RESULT
Autofocus ALWAYS uses L filter with high gain and longer exposures so that stars are always available, OFFSETS allow excellent focus with NB filters

Sorry for the late response, but do you have a log available? If not, could you reproduce it with the current KStars version?
