Up arrow does not work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into KDE 
2. Try to use up arrow in any app

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens when pressing the UP arrow

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should move upwards

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version:  5.24.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All other keys work as far as I can see, even up on numpad, the key does work in Windows and in textmode, that is if I press CTRL+ALT+F2, so even if KDE is runnin in another screen.

Just found out that SHIFT+UP works just fine :-)

Found the problem.
After changing window switcher the Walk through Windows of current application was set to up!
Weird..But typing "up" in shortcuts reviled this.  I changed it to META+CTRL+SHIFT+Up and it now works
