SUMMARY
Wayland Session: When opening a file directory with krunner and Dolphin was opened previously, the directory changes but Dolphin remains in the background. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin window
2. Hide Dolphin window behind other window
3. Open directory with Krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin changes to the selected directory but remains in the background

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin switching to foreground
