STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open K3b
2. click on 'Settings' menu and choose 'Configure K3b...'
3. click on 'Themes' in the left side
4. click on 'Get new themes...' button

OBSERVED RESULT
on X11: the window to install themes opens in foreground but we can not interact with it. Mouse clicks on it have no effect.
on Wayland: the window to install themes opens in background and can not be focused.

EXPECTED RESULT
we can interact with the window to install themes

master, from neon unstable repos.

The observed results mentioned above are inverted. The current observed results are:
on Wayland: the window to install themes opens in foreground but we can not interact with it. Mouse clicks on it have no effect.
on X11: the window to install themes opens in background and can not be focused.
