Support IPFS protocol.

Since Falkon runs on Linux and Windows, I think this should get Falkon on the list of https://arewedistributedyet.com/ and other IPFS websites once IPFS is supported.

There are Android apps already support IPFS https://search.f-droid.org/?q=ipfs
