SUMMARY
When closing a notification, the Dim Inactive effect dims the window for a fraction of a second


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close a notification with "Dim Inactive Windows" effect enabled

OBSERVED RESULT
Closing a notification causes the window to be dimmed for a fraction of a second

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should not be dimmed

Can confirm. What's going on here is that clicking on the notification briefly causes it to gain focus (it is actually a window). I guess we would need to have the effect not count notifications as windows for the purpose of focus.
