STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render format as MP4-h264/AAC
2. Quality is default Full project
3. Click Render to File

OBSERVED RESULT
at end of rendering period, it crashes with an error and no video produced

error message:
[mp4 @ 00000000029ef280] Timestamps are unset in a packet for stream 1. This is deprecated and will stop working in the future. Fix your code to set the timestamps properly [mp4 @ 00000000029ef280] Encoder did not produce proper pts, making some up. [mp4 @ 00000000029ef280] Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing dts to muxer in stream 1: 2111488 >= 2111488

EXPECTED RESULT
project file is rendered witha video produced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

2 video files were in project:
selfie video
screen capture video

selfie video had the following effects done:
flip horizontally
transform
edge crop

screen capture video length recorded in OBS was longer than selfie video because forgot to stop recording.
