When using RTL local, entering time becomes unusable
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch time date format to RTL one (mine is Arabic Syria)
2. Try to create a new event with time
3. Time combo box becomes unusable and message will pop up saying wrong time format

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message, failure to create an event with time

EXPECTED RESULT
Creating an event with time
