SUMMARY
Whenever I lock screen or screen is auto locked, I get black screen with text "The lock screen is broken and unlocking is not possible anymore ... "

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to KDE
2. press win + L to lock screen 
3. black screen with text describing how to unlock from terminal using lockctl unlock-session 

OBSERVED RESULT
black screen with details how to unlock through terminal (ALT+CTRL+F2)

EXPECTED RESULT
Unlock screen
