STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on the plasma-wayland session (no issue when running xorg)
2. Join a meeting using zoom (tested using 5.9.6 and also version 5.8.6)

OBSERVED RESULT
Zoom crashes to desktop 

EXPECTED RESULT
Can join zoom meetings

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:  EndeavorOS 5.16.12-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version:  5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As above, tested using latest zoom, 5.9.6, and also an older zoom version which had previously worked in the wayland session (5.8.6)

IIRC Zoom is using a GNOME-specific Wayland protocol and does not support Plasma or the common protocol. This would be an issue in Zoom itself that we can't fix in KWin.
