Similar bug that suffered the third party calendar applet Eventcalendar, in which it's stopwatch speed was dependant of screen frequency, so higher screen frequency (>60Hz) made the clock run faster

Toast notification's duration depends of seconds set in it's config panel, but also depends of screen frequency. Setting 60Hz makes the toast disappear after user config's seconds, but setting 120Hz makes it go out after half the time.
