The largest app icon we have for Ruqola is 48px and it appears nobody has the original to create a higher-resolution one.

It would be nice if someone could re-create the icon  in a higher quality. We need this for e.g. submitting to Flathub

(the 128px icon in the repo is just an upscaling of the 48px icon)

Add SVG version of the Ruqola logo

It's not perfect since the original image is so low res, but it's pretty much as close as it's going to get.
