SUMMARY
Can reproduce on X11 and Wayland sessions of Arch (Plasma 5.24.2) and neon unstable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Strawberry music player or SMPlayer video player
2. open the app installed in the step 1 via kickoff or icon on desktop 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no launch feedback (bouncing cursor)

EXPECTED RESULT
launch feedback should always work

Launch feedback was not enabled for the mentioned apps.
Enabled it manually via kmenuedit and it's working now.
