STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch kontact
2. wait for 30 mn
3.

akregator does not refresh the feeds

kde gears 21.12.3

after manually launch the refreshing then every 30 mn refreshing is executed.

I don't ask for refreshing when launching kontact. I ask to refresh every 30 mn. that's why we must wait for 30 mn.
