STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Import .OFX file

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to import c:/xxx/xxx/xxx.ofx using the OFX importer plugin. The plugin returned the following error:

I am using Windows 10. This works correctly in version 5.0.6
