Created attachment 147124 [details] Two buttons to close a book See attached screenshot; the toolbar has a back button, and also a "Close Book" button. But they both do the same thing. The back button is enough; we don't also need a "Close Book" button, especially since it will be elided into an overflow menu most of the time, being the last button on the toolbar.
