SUMMARY
Only on wayland, X11 works fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable clipboard at mouse position in klipper
2. Open dolphin
3. enable clipboard at mouse position inside dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
klipper would be inside a window with a weird spacing border to it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Klipper should not have any windows
