This isn't a feature that's available in PulseAudio or PipeWire, so we can't offer you a GUI to configure it. It would need to be added there first.

pavucontrol provides this with both pulse and pipewire-pulse. I tried to find where in src but I couldn't pinpoint where it was doing it; however, I didn't have much time to look.
