STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw a box using the Draw Box effect
2. Modify the preview resolution

OBSERVED RESULT
Box is changed in size -> not the intended size anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
Box should stay the same, no matter which preview resolution is used.

I can confirm this, sadly still happening in 24.08.0, after creating dozens of boxes that highlight different text in different images... That is a horrible, infuriating bug, let me be honest. 

I usually edit my videos in a lower preview resolution so everything is snappier, and once I wanted to preview the whole thing... yeah, all boxes where messed up, not only in size, but position too.
