STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open configure kalendar
2. choose 'add new calendar source
3. try adding an office 365 account
4. no matter what option is chosen, it always fails

This is issue is to vague. This could be an issue with Akonadi config dialogs but also an issue that your office 365 instance block external clients, this might in some cases be fixable by changing the user agent. Unfortunately I don't have enough knowledge in this to help you further.
