Window after resizeing

After update to Plasma 5.24.1 the window shutter (Fensterheber) doesn't work anymore

Window shutter (Fensterheber) with mouse wheel works as usual by retracting. By opening the window again the horizontal size is as it should be. The vertical size is shaped on the minimum (s. screenshot)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. shutter the window with mouse wheel works
2. resize window with mouse wheel don't work 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Window don't open properly

EXPECTED RESULT
Reopening the window should restore the window in the previous size
