There is no disabling compositing on Wayland, it would be like disabling Xorg on X11.
Because of that I'm very curious, what do you mean with

The "disabled compositing" (no animations) was certainly not related to the special window properties, but probably by a configuration that I forgot I had messed with. Anyways, sorry for the useless bug report |
