Sorry, I figured out the reason: The problem depends on qt5ct-settings. If style templates are set no arrows are displayed. Yeah in general using qt5ct-settings doesn't have a positive effect on KDE software. |

Runnning Dolphin with environment variable 'QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=gtk2' the arrows are displayed, but other issues like single click on items are not working. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1.
