STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When starting the program.

OBSERVED RESULT
Document templates appear duplicated.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only one type of each template will appear.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.24
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version: 5.15.13

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This failure happened on a clean install of KDE Neon. Even removing and re-installing the duplicate templates still persist. This did not happen in other Calligra applications.
