When I copy text from any application, I can paste it only for about 2 seconds. Afterwards, the clipboard is empty. Klipper still shows the content as top entry. I can reselect the text from klipper in order to paste it again. However, it is lost again after a short period of time. 

As far I can remember I also had this issue with plasma 5.23, but it was only happening sometimes and i could re-login in order to workaround the issue. Now, it seems to be always reproducible (last 5 logins).

Ok, I have tested this a bit further and it seems like enabling the clipboard plugin in kdeconnect does cause this issues. 

I have paired two computers and a phone. Whenever i activate the plugin for my second computer, the bug occurs. The phone does not seem to be affected.
