SUMMARY
Late response from context menu / desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any image from desktop
2. suddenly right click on desktop  or create many selection rectangles on desktop
3. observe

OBSERVED RESULT
Late response, looks like some kind of regression.
