SUMMARY
There is a gap under the "Manually block sleep and screen locking" option that shouldn't be there.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Tray
2. Select Battery and Brightness
3. See bug

OBSERVED RESULT
There is an unnecessary gap.
EXPECTED RESULT
No gap.

I heard it might be one of those issues related to caching. Please, try to remove ~/.cache, reboot, and see if it fixes the issue.

Deleting the cache file did not help. The problem persists.
