In krita-5.1.0-prealpha-235987c-x86_64.appimage, go to Main Menu -> Settings -> Configure Krita -> Tablet settings

There are now 2 new sliders:

Maximum brush speed: NN px/ms
Brush speed smoothing: NN samples

I was unable to find their strings when translating Krita. Are they i18n strings?

No, they are not translated yet. There is a MR for that, but it is extremely contradictory, because splits the string: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/merge_requests/1159

Fixed in 5.2.0-prealpha by the merge of the aforementioned MR!1159.
