SUMMARY
I'm trying to update newaita-reborn icon theme from KDE Store, Discover gets stuck and gives no feedback.
I see this output in Konsole:

GHNS window showing the same error message

GHNS shows the same error message and gets stuck at 'Updating...'.

Seems like a bug in the KNS framework code.
