STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Change custom color to eg #123abc (blue) and click apply
2.  Change KCM tab and go back to "Colors"
3. The cutom color circle still shows the color #123abc, click on it

OBSERVED RESULT
The picker is reset #000000

EXPECTED RESULT
The picker is set to the last set color, #123abc
