STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Window Rules KCM
2. click on 'Add new...' button
3. click on 'Add property...' button on bottom
4. hover over the properties available

OBSERVED RESULT
a tooltip with big empty space appears when we hover over certain properties.

EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip without unnecessary empty space

IIRC this is a bug in the QQC2 tooltip sizing code when using long text that has certain types of line breaks. Might be possible to work around it in the KCM code though.
