Tellico does not overwrite a previously saved tellico file in the following 2 ways (I'm using the windows version):

1) open an existing tellico file
2) change or add an entry
3) save the entry
4) save the file by clicking "Save"

1) open an existing tellico file
2) change or add an entry
3) save the entry
4) save the file by clicking "Save As" and choose the same file name as the file that's currently opened. Confirm "yes" when tellico asks to overwrite the file.

Both ways do not overwrite the file, even if tellico asks to replace the file (in case of "Save As").

The only way to save a changed file is to use "Save As" and use a DIFFERENT file name. In that case all changes are saved to the file.

Is this a windows specific problem or does it exist in Linux too?

OBSERVED RESULT

Tellico does not overwrite a previously saved tellico file

EXPECTED RESULT

Tellico should overwrite a previously saved tellico file

With the contributed installer for Tellico 3.4.4, it appears this bug is not present. Please re-open for Windows if you do see it re-occur.
