Currently after installing widgets, you have to repeat steps to add it: right click on desktop/panel -> Add Widget...
So it would be very convenient if we can drag them right from the Download New widgets window and drop into the target.

I doubt it's easily technically feasible, but moving to frameworks-knewstuff where it would have to be implemented.
