Removing the (partial) transferred files caused the upload of the same files to succeed. I also tested with disabling WiFi during the transfer. Sometimes it works without any problems with hundreds of files and 4 or 5 or more GB. And in the next minute it fails with only 10 files and just a few MB... Hope this is the right bug and my infos might be helpfull. DrKonqi wanted me to open a new bug report and there was no way to connect Konqi with this bug reports number, so I tried it this way...

Send a video file from android to linux over wifi 2. Loss wifi signal, the file was not send right (it did notify in android, but kept waiting in linux) 3. Try to send the same file again.
