Expand sidebar hides horizontal scrollbar

Hiding then expanding sidebar make horizontal scrollbar hidden, and you need to resize any column to make it appear again. This happens only when the scrollbar has little space not visible. See attached video for more info.

This seems to work properly in Plasma 6.1, so it looks like this has been fixed in the meantime. Since System Monitor isn't directly responsible for mnemonics, this was probably fixed in an upstream part.
