SUMMARY

In Adobe Premiere you can tap on empty space between clips on the timeline with left mouse button and then delete it with Del. It's a habit for a Premiere users so it would be nice to have it in KDEnlive. Currently when you click on empty space, nothing happens. Also if you try to assing this action using hotkeys, KDENlkive warns that Del is reserved for removing clips.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on empty space between clips
2. Press Del button
3. Empty space between clips should be removed
